Woo hoo! The big day was finally here and after last minute packing and going over the checklist half a dozen times, we were off to meet with the gang. Boy, were we pumped!!! A whole week at Disney World with the whole family! What a dream come true! Today was the girls' first time on airplanes and they were just as excited about that, too (Kayla was on one once before but she was only 14 months old).

When we finally made it to the hotel, we went to grab a quick dinner while we waited for our luggage to be delivered. The luggage delivery time frame came and went and still no luggage. We were all eager to go to bed but couldn't because there were no tolietries or jammies for the kiddos. Well Mimi to the rescue (we can always count on her to light a fire under someone's you-know-what)!! A not-so-pleased Mimi found out out our luggage was still at the airport and it was already after 11 pm. The hotel was nice enough to give each person a $50 credit to use at the stores in the lobby, which closed in 30 minutes. The credit had to be used that night, so boy howdy, my sister strapped on little squirt in the sling so fast and we were outta there to do some serious power shopping. If anyone can power shop, it is definitely my sister and me. Totally the highlight of the day!
